After you have placed your order, and we have picked, packed and scanned it, you will receive a text and email regarding your order. Once you have received this, head over to https://espresso-solutions.co.uk and login to your account.
Step 1: Go to 'My Account'
- Navigate to 'My Account' at the top of the page once you have logged into your account.
- Next, scroll down to the relevant order and click on it.
Step 2: Scroll down to 'Shipping Details'
- Once you have found your order, scroll down to the 'Shipping details' section on the right, and click on the 'Tracking link'
Step 3: View The Status Of Your Order
- Here you can view the status of your order with updates as it moves across the courier's network.
- If you are having trouble with tracking your order, please email, sales@espresso-solutions.co.uk with your order reference who will take a look for you and help you resolve any issues.
There may be varied amount of detail depending on the courier you have chosen.
